Can I return an item?
*ALL sales are final and are not refundable, unless received damaged due to manufacturer defects.
*Personalized items are not returnable/refundable/exchangeable under any circumstances at all.
*Any item that a discount code is used on/ sale items are final
sale, we do not replace/discount further for manufacturing defects
should your item have one under any circumstances.
* Please double check your sizing prior to paying for your order, as we do not accept returns or exchanges on sizes. We can not change sizing once the order is paid for.
What if there is a defect in the product, can I return?
*If your item is being returned due to a manufacturer’s defect/missing
item/wrong sizing your item must be return in the ORIGINAL packaging
(clear bag it was sent in) along with the tags intact, unwashed, and
unworn.
*A store credit will be issued upon inspection of said item when it arrives back to Kinder Smocks.
What is your shipping time frame?
Processing time is 5-7 business days from order date + shipping time to you. Tracking number will be updated on account for tracking orders.
What is the difference in a RTS and a Pre-Order?
RTS stands for Ready to Sell. Meaning the item is on hand and ready to go out the door. A Pre-order is where we purchase your item after it is paid for.
What is the best way to order?
Always order pre-orders separately from RTS. RTS will only ship once ALL pre-orders have arrived.

* Washes, worn, and tag-less items are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
* Southern Cottage Smocks offer FREE split pay! This gives you the option to
pay half of your order total upfront and the other half of your total when the production order ships to Southern Cottage Smock Inc. in approximately 10-12 weeks.
DISCLAIMER: IF YOU DO NOT PAY THE 2ND PORTION OF YOUR SPLIT PAYMENT YOU FORFEIT YOUR ITEMS. We DO NOT refund your first payment for failure to follow through with your commitment to pay.
We do sent out reminders and post several times reminding of these. it is
the customers responsibility to pay on time if choosing to use this service.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy
Use SHIP100 to receive free shipping after spending $100. This code does not stack with any other codes.
*If your address changes prior to shipping, it is your responsibility to contact us at southerncottagesmocks@gmail.com to
request a change of address. If your package is returned or lost due to
shipping to the old address you will be responsible for new shipping
fees.
*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to USPS.
When ordering through the website the customer has the option to
purchase route shipping insurance, we recommend doing so to protect your
items should they be lost in the mail or not delivered. Southern Cottage Smocks
is not responsible for the package once it has been shipped.
*ALL sales are final and are not refundable. Please check your items upon receiving them, any manufacturing defects must be reported to Southern Cottage Smocks, Inc. within 5 days of receiving at southerncottagesmocks@gmail.com. You will have 10 days to get your defected item in the mail with provided tracking. We issue returns labels for items with defects only! Should you fail to get your defected item in the mail within those 10 days, your item is no longer eligible for exchange.
*We can ship anywhere within the United States. When you place an order, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your order. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the
availability of your items and USPS guidelines. Once your order has been
processed, please allow 5-7 business days for your item to be shipped
to you.
